Can I up my data allowance on my plan?

    Hi ​@Abrigden,

     

    Yes, you can change to a different plan without upgrading your handset.

     

    To do this:

    1. Open the iD Mobile app.
    2. From the dashboard, tap View all plan deals (or the available plan change option).
    3. Browse the available plans.
    4. Select the plan with the data allowance you'd like.
    5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the plan change.
    6. You'll receive an order reference once the change has been processed.
