Update about where my phone is

I missed the delivery of my phone, it’s gone back to the warehouse and I can’t get an update from anyone

    I’m sorry to hear that you missed the delivery of your phone. The parcel has now been returned to the warehouse by DPD.

    To get your phone delivered to you, you will need to arrange a new delivery with DPD.: DPD usually emails or texts the customer with a tracking update, explaining that the delivery was missed and providing options for redelivery or collection.
    If possible, the customer might be able to collect the parcel from a DPD Pickup location or depot( Contact DPD)
