I have 3 phone on my account, 1 mine and the other 2 are my daughters. As they older now I want them to have own account and bank details.

can this be done?

iD do not offer an option to transfer accounts to other parties. 

This is due to an account requiring credit/security checks prior to the contract activating.

They would have to take out new contracts in their own names.
