I’m not sure if I’ve been accepted for the contract I applied for, can someone tell me please

I’ve had the same issues. Put the order in Wednesday and still nothing to confirm if it’s been accepted or not tried live chat and they aren’t telling me anything

Live chat are annoying the hell out of me. Just connected to robots. Have no idea whether or not I’ve been accepted. I sympathise with the frustration

When you go on live chat ask for live agent and then when asking if you have an account say no then no again and then customer service option and then they’ll connect you to a live agent. 
 

it really is frustrating with no communication or updates or anything. It’s always the customer chasing
