updates


It would be very helpful with updates as to what's going on and why customers can't login to their accounts on app and website.  I've been unable to access my account for 3 days now which is unacceptable. Come on ID. We live in 2024 , surely it shouldn't take this long to update servers etc.

The good news is, steps in the right direction are being made. Our tech team has been working around the clock to get the iD Mobile app & MyAccount online back up and running as quickly as possible. We will be updating this article:

Apparently, the planned iD app and My Account Online updates, didn’t work in the real-world as expected.

You can contact iD support through the iD pages on social media though.
