I can upgrade now but it says I can only get a iPhone 17 what do I do when I wanna get a iPhone 17 pro max?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    If you are only seeing the iPhone 17 available when trying to upgrade, this usually means that the iPhone 17 Pro Max is currently not available on your specific upgrade path or is out of stock for your account at this time.

     

    I understand you would prefer the Pro Max model. In this case, you can:

    Check again under “Change device” or “Upgrade to a different handset”
    Sometimes the Pro Max options are shown in a separate section rather than the main upgrade page.
    Alternatively, please contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, and they can manually check availability for you and advise further.
