Looking to upgrade my phone and have seen a deal with yourselves for iPhone 17 £30 a month £129 upfront but this isn’t an offer I can see available to me on the app

The deal you’ve seen for the iPhone 17 is a new customer promotional offer, which is why it may not be showing in your app as an available upgrade option. Existing customers are often shown different upgrade pricing based on their current plan, device, and contract status, so unfortunately the same promotional pricing is not always available for upgrades.

 

We also don’t offer price matching against new customer deals, as these are structured separately.

 

That said, it’s still worth speaking with our Sales Team, as they can review your account and check what the best available upgrade options are for you right now. They may also have alternative offers that aren’t shown in the app.
