hi when can i upgrade my contract please, can you check to see when this is due

All iD Mobile contracts are eligible for an upgrade 2 months before the end of your contract. This allows you to choose a new handset and keep the same mobile number.

 

If you’d prefer to move to a SIM-only plan, you can do this 24 days before your contract ends.

You can check your upgrade eligibility date by:

  • Logging into the iD Mobile app
  • Logging into your online account
  • Navigating to the Upgrade section

 

If you're eligible, you'll see the available upgrade options there. If you're not yet eligible, your account will show when your upgrade becomes available.
