upgrade and address change

hi could someone please get in contact with me regarding my upgrade? I’ve tried doing it online but it’s not doing it and I need to also change my address

If you need assistance with upgrading, you can contact our sales team on Sales number - 0800 049 0250 and they will process it for you and also you can change your address online via the below steps.

 

To change your billing address on the iD Mobile app, open the app, tap "View your plans", then tap the green pencil for the plan you want to edit, followed by the green pencil in the "Billing address" section, input your new address, and finally, tap "Save".
