upgrade available but i only want to have sime deal not phone

I understand you’d like to upgrade but move onto a SIM-only deal and keep your current number and handset that’s absolutely fine to do with iD Mobile.

However, I do need to clarify how this works in line with our upgrade policy:

• If SIM-only upgrade options are not currently showing on your account, this means you’re not yet within the eligible upgrade window for SIM-only plans
• SIM-only upgrades typically become available from 24 days before your minimum term end date

Until you reach that point, the system will usually only present handset upgrade options.

📌 What this means for you

• You can keep your number this will remain the same when you upgrade
• You do not have to take a new handset
• But you’ll need to wait until you are within 24 days of your contract end date to switch to a SIM-only plan (if it’s not already available)
