upgrade contract more expensive than in the website

I want to upgrade my phone to an s26 ultra, on the website it doubles my storage offers a chromebook and its £44.99 a month. When i try to upgrade it only offers me the same contract for £58 a month. Why can't I get the better deal for already being a customer?
