Hi there, 

I have two mobile numbers on my account, could you please tell me when the account ending 307 is due for an upgrade please?

If you have two mobile numbers on your account, each line is assessed separately for upgrade eligibility. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually confirm an exact upgrade date from here, as this is automatically determined by the system based on your individual contract start date and eligibility window.

 

To check when account ending 307 is due for upgrade, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your iD Mobile account or app
  2. Go to the Plan section
  3. Select the relevant number ending 307
  4. Look for the “Upgrade” option or eligibility message

This will clearly show whether the line is:

  • Currently eligible to upgrade
  • Or showing the date when it will become eligible

As a reminder, upgrades are typically available up to 60 days before the end of the contract, depending on eligibility criteria such as credit status, payment history, and plan type.
