Upgrade not as advised

I have seen that I am eligible for an upgrade on an iPhone 17 256gb. It advises that I would get 250gb of data per month. When I click on the deal it takes me through to a different page where it shows data as being 10gb of month. How do I get the 250gb of data as shown for my upgrade?
