Hello, I am allowed an upgrade, but the phone I was hoping for isn't there

If you’re now upgrade eligible but the phone you were hoping for isn’t showing, this can sometimes be due to stock availability, colour/storage availability, or because certain devices are not currently included within the upgrade options on the account.

 

Upgrade eligibility simply means your account is now at the stage where you can move onto a new plan or device, it doesn’t always guarantee that every handset will appear as an available option at that time.

 

We’d recommend contacting our Sales team via Live Chat, as they’ll be able to check what devices and offers are currently available for your account and advise on any alternatives if needed.
