Can anyone please help me I regret the day I ever went with I'd mobile I'm also autistic and the fact there's no one you can physically speak to Via customer service is diabolical, my new upgraded phone was supposed to be delivered Monday DPD completely messed up with it and scanned it as delivered but sent it back to the depot then to Currys I've had nothing but stress trying to sort this out twice I've been told it's been redeliverd and I've still not received I I've not received any calls off DPD saying it's going to delivered as a result of this I almost got scammed by someone pretending to be a id mobile customer service because I was desperately trying to find a complaints email and found one on a I'd mobile Facebook page and it Wes a complete scam , I being told that my phone is being redeliverd by the actual id mobile but yet they still asking me questions about what my order number is after they supposedly said they have just requested redelivery none of which makes any sense I can't take anymore of this I'm thinking of just cancelling my upgrade because I'm Sick to death of the communication issues and fact I still haven't had my phone can anyone advise how they cash they book redelivery then ask me what my order number is it seems like they haven't got a clue
