upgrade possibility but only want a sim not a new phone

Contract is due to run out 3rd of may but I have upgrade available and it DOES give me the option of sim only but unsure what to do via the app as I don’t need a new handset why can I not speak to someone from id mobile directly to help with this???

I’m sorry for any frustration caused I understand it can be a bit confusing when you’re trying to sort your options before your contract ends.

 

If you don’t need a new handset, you can absolutely switch to a SIM-only plan once your contract finishes, or even upgrade onto one now if the option is available to you in the app.
