upgrade problem with id website

hi  this month 29th my contract ends. so I am trying to update 80Gb data pack for 10GBP. past 3 days it is giving me error from the checkout page, I have tried different browsers. different devices and laptops with edge browser and other browsers same happens again and again it is really frustrates. please help me to upgrade my plan.

Type ‘talk to a person’ when you open the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot.
Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

You could also try phoning the sales team on 02071391397 (between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday) to see if they are able to help.
