upgrade questions and contract ended???

Why am I still paying £27 a month when I’m pretty sure my contract has ended it’s been 24 months shouldn’t I only be paying for the sim now? On top of that is there any upgrade options.

We send an email to customers one month before their contract ends to inform them, so they can choose whether to upgrade to a new handset, switch to a SIM only plan, or cancel.

If we do not receive a response, the service will continue as normal until we are advised otherwise.

For upgrade deals, it would be best to contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, as they will be able to assist you with your order and ensure everything is sorted for you.
