upgrade special deal

Hi, please help. I'm looking to upgrade. I want the Apple 16e special deal. £26.99 monthly, £19 upfront cost with 50gb + 50% free gb (100gb). Only problem is when I add this deal to my basket the upfront cost jumps to £99. Help!!
