    Hi @Catherine Queen,

I am afraid that would not be possible. iD Mobile do not offer early upgrades, you would need to wait until you are eligible.

So if I got a new phone, I wouldn’t be able to use it or put my sim in intel my old contract ends??

    Hi @Hitching,,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You would still be able to get and use a new phone from another company before your current contract ends. You can insert your existing iD Mobile SIM into the new phone and continue using your current number and plan as normal.

The important thing to note is that your existing iD Mobile contract would remain active, so you would continue paying for that agreement until it reaches the end of the term (or is upgraded/cancelled in line with the agreement terms).

So in short, yes, you can use a new phone now, but your current iD Mobile contract payments would still continue while that plan remains active.

    We hope this helps.

    Regards,
