Hello my first payment was in October 2023. Could you please let me know Jen my last payment as I just cancelled my direct debit as my contact 24 months. I upgraded to sim only now. I have just received a message asking why I cancelled my direct debit for the the amount I paid for 24 months. I upgrade and put new bank details
