Hi. I've upgraded my phone and currently waiting on the handset. It said my new plan should be active on my app within 24 hours. It's now been a few days and still nothing has changed. I've checked my spam etc and logged on and off twice. Now what?

You can try calling sales mon to fri 9am to 6pm on +44 20 7139 1397 or 0800 049 0250 sales arw alao available weekends slightly different time's you'll be able to discuss your upgrade with them.
