upgraded and still shows existing phone plan???

Hi. I've upgraded my phone and currently waiting on the handset. It said my new plan should be active on my app within 24 hours. It's now been a few days and still nothing has changed. I've checked my spam etc and logged on and off twice. Now what?

@Nicnoks80 Unfortunately IDMobile had some maintenance work being done over the weekend. This may of had a knock-on effect with your current concerns.

You can try calling sales mon to fri 9am to 6pm on +44 20 7139 1397 or 0800 049 0250 sales arw alao available weekends slightly different time's you'll be able to discuss your upgrade with them.

@Nicnoks80  Just explain your concerns also check you email and junk, spam folders as they make ask for order, correspondence information that they sent you.

Hope you get this sorted soon.
