Upgraded how do I claim Samsung ear buds

I've upgraded my  plan today to a Samsung S26 FE and need to claim the Samsung ear buds, how do I do this?

    Could you please confirm which phone you upgraded to?

    The previous earbuds promotion has now expired. At the moment, the only devices included in the Galaxy Buds FE promotion are the Samsung A37 and Samsung A57.

    There is currently no Samsung S26 FE device available.
