I am going to Tenerife and can’t find anywhere that’s tells me if I can use my phone or need to buy add on

    Good news when travelling to Tenerife, you will be able to use your normal UK allowances with iD Mobile, so you do not need to purchase a roaming add-on for standard usage there.

     

    📶 Before you travel, please make sure:

    • Data Roaming is switched ON in your handset settings
    • Your Bill Cap is not set to £0, as this can sometimes restrict roaming services

    You can check and change your Bill Cap in the iD Mobile app:

    1. Open the app
    2. Go to Billing
    3. Select Bill Cap
    4. Adjust the amount if required

    For the best roaming experience, please connect to one of our partnering networks:

    • Yoigo
    • Movistar

    You can manually select these in:

    • Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection → Turn OFF automatic → Choose network manually
