Very poor data speeds and constant 5g 4g switching

Since joining id mobile a few months ago the data speeds have been horrendous. Often less than 5mb downloads. I have a Google pixel 9a and the area is NE1 3AZ but not it's not just that area. It's everywhere.  Trying to use the phone for work related stuff is almost impossible.

Hi there ​@geord99, sorry to hear that. For NE1 3AZ, Three UK are currently working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here:

Therefore, data speeds may be slower whilst this is on-going I’m afraid.

 

What other full postcodes do you have issues in please?

Hi. Thanks for the reply but Three UK have no issues according to their site checker.  I know others who are having the same issues who have been longer with yourselves than I have. Other areas are NE7 NE12 and these are the ones that I'm aware of.

Three UK are still reporting an issue in NE1 3AZ, is there an area where you are not having these issues?
