How do I turn off voicemail

To turn off voicemail, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then toggle voicemail 'off'.

it is already in the off position but still calls get put to voicemail

Might be a silly question @James Marshall

But you are clicking save (scroll down on the Manage iD Services screen as it’s ‘hidden’).
