Hi, I trying to set up my voicemail but the pin is not available. I tried my DOB as well. Can you help me please?

Thank you for getting in touch with us, please try the following steps:

 

Steps to Set Up/Change Voicemail PIN:

  • Enter a new 4–10 digit PIN followed by the # key.
  • Re-enter your new PIN followed by # to confirm
  1. Dial 123 from your iD Mobile phone.
  2. Listen to the main menu prompts.
  3. Press 2 for settings.
  4. Press 1 to change your PIN.

Ok,but any pin which I set up is not acceptable
