I’ve read all the posts relevant to setting up VM but like others this is not working!   Please can you help?

    Hi ​@Helz27 ,

     

    I’m really sorry you’re having trouble with this, especially after already trying the steps you’ve found. I can appreciate how frustrating it is when voicemail still won’t work.

     

    Please try the following:

    • Restart your phone
    • Make sure you have mobile signal (not just WiFi)
    • Dial 121 directly to see if voicemail connects
    • Check Call Divert settings are not blocking calls (Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding)
    • Ensure your SIM is active and showing a network name (not “No Service”)


     

    If still not working:

    • Toggle Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
    • Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection → set to Automatic
    • Try calling your number from another phone to see what happens
