Hi all,

I'm having a strange voicemail problem on my Samsung fold 7 and hoping someone can help.

When someone leaves me a voicemail, I get the "1 new voicemail" notification as normal. However, when I open my voicemail it says "no new messages". Someone left me a test message today and the same thing happened.

What I've found is that the voicemails are actually turning up as audio files in my Downloads folder. I only noticed because my phone is set to sync my downloads to my Google Drive and voicemails are being automatically uploaded to there instead.  So the message is being delivered, just not to the normal voicemail mailbox. I have no idea why 

Has anyone else seen voicemails arriving as audio file downloads like this? Is there a setting on the SIM or my iD account that controls how voicemail is delivered, and is there a way to switch it back to the standard mailbox so the notification and messages match?

Any help or advice from the community or the iD team would be much appreciated.
