we need full eu roaming for a couple of months

You can use your plan in EU destinations with our Roam Free feature, but there is a Fair Usage Policy to be aware of if you’ll be living there temporarily for a few months.

Our roaming is designed for UK residents travelling occasionally, rather than permanent or long-term use abroad. If you spend 63 days or more roaming within a 4-month period, additional charges may apply and your roaming services could be restricted.

You can still use your allowances while abroad, though data usage may be capped depending on your plan. For customers who joined or upgraded on or after 21 June 2023, up to 30GB of data can be used while roaming at no extra cost, with any additional roaming data charged at £3 per GB.
