I’m sorry to hear that Live Chat isn’t working for you.

You can try the following steps to access it:
 

-Clear your browser cache or use a different browser/device.

-Make sure you’re logged in to the iD Mobile website or app.

-If the chat still doesn’t load, try using a different network (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

Hi, this isn't an issue with live chat. 

The whole ID mobile website isn't working, nor is the app.

Could you please clear your browser history and cookies, then try accessing our website again using the link below?

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login

 

The website is working on our end, and we haven’t received any reports of issues with customers being unable to access it.

Weirdly enough, the website loads if I'm on WiFi connection, but it doesn't load if I'm on ID Mobile connection. Any ideas?

Have you tried doing a network reset? 

For iphone:

  1. Open Settings
  1. Tap General
  1. Scroll down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
  1. Tap Reset
  1. Choose Reset Network Settings
  1. Enter your passcode
  1. Confirm Reset Network Settings

 

For Android: ​​​​​​

  1. Open Settings
  1. Tap System

 On some phones: General management

  1. Tap Reset options
  1. Select Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 Sometimes called Network settings reset

  1. Tap Reset settings
  1. Confirm (enter PIN/password if asked)

Didn’t seem to make a difference.

To be specific, this only happens when I’m connected to ID mobile pay as you go. I tested activating a package and the site loads fine.
