Hi @Alienation

Thank you for your message.

Are you using mobile data or Wi-Fi?

Also, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data:
If you're connected to Wi-Fi, turn it off and try using mobile data.
If you're using mobile data, connect to a different Wi-Fi network and try again.
Toggle Airplane Mode:
Turn Airplane Mode on for 30–60 seconds, then turn it off.
This can often assign your device a new mobile IP address.
Restart your phone.
Reset your network settings.
This won't delete your photos or apps, but it will remove any saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth pairings.
Check that a VPN isn't enabled.
Go to your phone's VPN settings and make sure no VPN is connected.
Also check for apps such as Cloudflare WARP, AdGuard, Blokada, NordVPN, Surfshark, Proton VPN, or Google One VPN, as these can affect your connection.
Disable Private DNS (Android) or iCloud Private Relay (iPhone).
Android: Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS → Select Off or Automatic.
iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Private Relay → Turn Off (if available).
Clear the Netflix app data.
Android: Settings → Apps → Netflix → Storage → Clear Cache and Clear Data.
iPhone: Delete the Netflix app and reinstall it from the App Store.
