I have upgraded my phone when does the new plan come into place? And if my bill for my old phone is due on the 12th does this still come out for the month?

Your new iD Mobile plan begins immediately upon upgrading (dispatch of the new phone). Your next bill will be pro-rated, covering both the old plan's cost and the new plan's cost, followed by standard payments thereafter. Yes, the bill due on the 12th will still come out for the previous month's usage.
- When New Plan Starts: The new contract and tariff take effect immediately after the upgrade is processed or the device is dispatched.
- Billing Changes: The bill around your usual date (12th) will likely include a pro-rata charge for both your old and new plans for that transitional period. You will pay for the old, then the new (pro-rata), plus a full month's advance payment for the new contract
