when does the upgrade come into place?

I have upgraded my phone when does the new plan come into place? And if my bill for my old phone is due on the 12th does this still come out for the month?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

     

    When you upgrade your phone, your new plan usually starts on the day the upgrade is activated. Any outstanding charges from your previous plan like the bill due on the 12th will still be collected as normal. After that, your new plan charges will apply from the activation date of your upgrade.
