when i call a budiness they never hesr the 1st few words of the call

Hi when I call company's they cant seem to hear me. This has been since I got the phone. I went to earphone warehouse but it hasn't worked what they did. Its very frustrating as I have to use other people's phone. They cant seem to hear the 1st words whenni start to speak.

Hi, yes happened again. Very frustrating sonused my daughter as she on id and did the same. We have the same phone too . Could it be faulty phones? We purchased it in a plan.
