When will my number transfer from my old provider

Evening,

I took out new contract with ID Mobile recently and requested my old Vodaphone number be ported over (via a PAC code) at the weekend.

I'm sure at the time the website said that the cutover would happen on the 8th, but later I read elsewhere that weekend cutovers would be logged the next working day and occur the day after (hence today)..

can someone please let me know when the switch will occur?

    I do apologize that your number has not switched over. Please note that if the old SIM has not stopped working the switch was either not processed correctly or there could be a delay on the switch, please send us a private DM so that we can assist you further.

      I can confirm the old vodaphone SIM is still working.

        I`ve not had any further PM`s on this post an initial can you confirm your identity, that I replied to… would be grateful if someone could look into my number switch over from Vodaphone, as currently I'm paying for 2 contracts
