When will my number transfer take place and how can I set up an ID account as no code comes through?

I’ve just got my new iphone. During the payment process I put in my PAC and requested a transfer date of my new number - I can’t find any paperwork stating confirmation of this. I have tried numerous times to set up an account using the ID number given but it isn’t working - I never receive a code. I was hoping once I was logged on to my account I could see if there’s a transfer taking place of my old number on a confirmed day. Please can you help with this, I’m losing hours of my day and I need my phone for work.

I can now see a date in tiny writing on some invoice - but I cannot open an account with ID. The number supplied by ID is not recognised and if I put in that I don’t have an ID number, I get bounced back to a ‘buy a phone’ page.
