why are my calls failing or people saying they cant connect

My calls will randomly fail and people will call me say say 'I've been trying to ring you but it's not going through or saying unavailable!' Also sometimes when I'm talking there must be a delay because the person on the other end is replying to my previous question/comment.

    Also, what phone do you have and what’s the full postcode?

     

    Is the issue only at home, or elsewhere?

    Hi, I've had my new phone since June, the problem has been from the start but is really random, not all the time and not calls from the same person, if you get what I mean?!

    My post code is LE12 9UG 

    my phone is Samsung galaxy s25

    It happens more at home but also when I'm out and about.
