Why can't I make or receive calls on my Samsung galaxy A5

    Sorry to hear that you are unable to make and receive calls.

     

    Can you try the below troubleshooting steps.

     

    Can you try and manually connect to iD mobile network via the steps.
     
    Swipe down on the main screen to reveal the notifications panel
    Tap the settings icon
    Tap Connections
    Tap Mobile networks
    Tap the switch button to turn Select automatically off
    Select iD mobile

     

    Mobile network reset.

     

    1.Press Settings.
    2. Press General.
    3. Press Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    4. Press Reset.
    5. Press Reset Network Settings.
    6. Press Reset Network Settings.
    7. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
    8. Restart phone
