Do you get the error as you set them up straight away, or does it let you set it up originally, and then later on, you receive a message to state it’s been cancelled?

Hi Tyler, it allows me to set it up then I get notified that my bill is in arrears 

Hey there ​@Joe.Johnston, sorry to hear that. I’d recommend contacting your bank, and asking if the direct debit is set up correctly, or ask why it keeps getting cancelled.

I did this and they informed me it was ID cancelling it not them
