Why does my phone not ring when called (not because it's set to silent?) and why can't i access voicemail?

Why does my phone not ring when called (not because it's set to silent?)

It means calls go immediately to voice mail which i also cannot access - because every time i try it says “set up pin - to do this call us” - which when i do it simply gives the same message!

Thank you for reaching out and explaining the issue. I completely understand how frustrating it is when calls go straight to voicemail and you can’t access it. Let’s work through this together.
 

Check Call Forwarding & Do Not Disturb

-Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and make sure it’s turned off.
-Also check Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb to ensure it’s not enabled.
 

Update Carrier Settings

-Go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you’ll see a prompt to install it.

 

Reset Network Settings

-Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
-This won’t delete your data but will refresh your network connection.

 

Voicemail PIN Setup

-Normally, you can set up your voicemail PIN by calling 123 from your iD Mobile SIM.
-If you’re stuck in a loop, try calling from another phone or contact us directly so we can reset your PIN for you.

Hi.  Thanks have done all of the above except change call forwarding.  This does not allow me to access.  Online support says contact my carrier.
