Is It normal for id to ignore complaints and lie to you through the live chat? I ordered a new handset and charger on the 30th of November and still haven't received it. I used the online chat and an agent told me that they would request a redelivery and nothing has happened. I also raised a complaint, and again nothing has happened.
No email, text or letter regarding my missing purchase. DPD website just says its gone back to Currys.
I'm paying for something that haven't received for almost three weeks and nobody seems bothered about helping. Is this normal operating procedure for iD?
