why hasnt my number switched over

I bought a phone and sim from currys on Sunday and did the number switch that evening selecting yesterday for the transfer but nothing has happened..they told me not to put the new sim in the new phone until it was done so I've no information or anything

Hi there ​@MrsR1987, have you tried restarting your phone with the iD Mobile SIM card inside?
