I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE yesterday 29/10 for next day delivery, expected 31/10 but have received an email saying its expected 7/11. Why is my delivery delayed?

    The item is probably out-of-stock, so your consignment hasn’t been dispatched, ​@Hula008. 

    You could check by calling the iD Sales Team on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.
