No, the bill amount is higher than the plan amount for no reason and I can get any help.from ID mobile live chat

Hey there ​@KarenDalby, sorry to hear that. The plan amount wouldnt’t change without reason. It’ll either be due to one of the above, or you’ve spent out of contract charges at some point.
