Just switched to a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and having issues with WiFi calling not working..
I have full WiFi signal but only 1 bar of 4G. Calls do not send or receive, they do work when I toggle WiFi calling off though.
If I swap the SIM back to my old iPhone 14 (sitting right next to my new phone) everything works fine..

what i can suggest, just try
celular network, where is your id network, your number- add your number +447xxxx
This trick saved me when the wi fi ca.ling has not worked on my iph 12…just try and see if something will be change

When you go into settings, is your phone number showing, and showing correctly?
Have you tried resetting network settings?
