Wifi Calling not showing on Iphone

The wifi calling option is no longer there having ported my mobile number over from EE.  

The below isn’t even an option - When I go into Mobile Service, Wifi Calling isnt there - its just Mobile Data which says primary - there isn’t an option to enable Wifi calling because it is missing.  I also can’t find Mobile Roaming even though it is enabled in the ID Mobile app -  can someone help asap - the switch over  happened about an hour ago…..

 

The below is not an option….

Go to Settings -> Mobile Service -> Wi-Fi Calling -> Enable the 'Wi-Fi Calling on this iPhone' toggle.

    Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble after your number transfer.

     

    As your PAC switch has only recently completed, please note that full network provisioning can take until 10pm on the day of the transfer to fully update your account on our system. During this time, features such as Wi-Fi Calling and VoLTE may temporarily disappear or not show correctly in settings.

     

    What we recommend:

    • Please restart your phone periodically
    • Ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi
    • Wait until after 10pm today for the full profile update to complete

    Once provisioning has fully completed, Wi-Fi Calling should reappear automatically in your settings if your device supports it.
