Will my bill reduce now my contract is coming to the end?

Hi there 

I took out a 24minth contract and wondered if this has now ended and if so, what will my bill reduce to?

I am sorry to confirm but as per our terms and conditions that you agreed to. We do not just disconnect accounts that expires. The expiry date is there to let you know that you can let us know that you either want the account to be disconnected or to have the plan upgraded. We do not cancel plans without the account holder's consent as we don't know if the customer would like to keep the number as many customer have their number for many years and if we disconnect the account the number will be lost forever.

You should receive an email 30 days before the expiry date to give you options to either upgrade to a cheaper plan or disconnect.
