will my phone get cut orf because my bill didnt come out on the agreed date?

I set my bill to come out on the 1st of every month and it obviously hasn’t so now I’m behind with my bill

We’re sorry to hear your bill payment hasn’t been taken as expected. In some cases, this can happen even when a payment date has been set for the 1st of the month.

 

The good news is that we may be able to request a bill extension, depending on eligibility and our Terms & Conditions. If you’d like help with this, just let us know and we’ll be happy to look into the options available for you.

 

In the meantime, if you have the means, you can also make a manual payment by calling 0333 003 0001 and following the automated IVR prompts.
