I can’t believe that nothing gets resolved, complaints aren’t raised, they don’t read what you type in full, they don’t answer questions and everything is complicated. 

ID say they are for the customer, but really all I find is roadblocks to anything I ask or want to do. Does anyone ever monitor what happens? I’m frustrated and annoyed that I’ve now contacted ID mobile 4 times and I am getting nowhere.
